Kildale and Percy Cross Rigg Cycle Route

Percy Cross RiggThis route on the western edge of the North York Moors National Park takes you from Kildale village up onto the moors and across to Captain Cooks Monument – which overlooks Great Ayton and further across Teesside. It’s a circular route about 10 miles long and has a good mix of country lane and off-road sections. Some climbs, some flat and wonderful countryside. Not suitable for road bikes.
